Following a home intrusion in the early hours that was foiled only by good luck, we sought the advice of Ximmix security expert Giovanni. He ended up recommending a number of upgrades to our existing security infrastructure. Throughout the installation he kept us informed of progress and explained how the new systems worked. We have a used Ximmix twice: an alarm system repair and a CCTV install. On both occasions, Giovanni, scheduled the work in good time, and offered honest and helpful advice beforehand.
